DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All courses and guides sold on this site are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Because access is granted instantly, please review these terms before completing your order.
ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
You have not downloaded the course handbook, and
You have not completed any lesson quiz, and
You have not accessed more than one lesson
You may also request a refund at any time if:
The course was materially different from its description
A technical fault on our side prevented access and we were unable to resolve it
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED IF
More than 7 days have passed since purchase
You have downloaded the course handbook
You have completed a lesson quiz or substantially accessed the course
The purchase was made using a promotional code marked non-refundable
The request follows a breach of our Terms and Conditions
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
REFUND POLICY

We acknowledge every request within 2 business days.
PROCESSING
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
The exact time depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.
Access to the refunded course is removed once the refund is issued.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
Where a purchase includes several courses, we may issue a partial refund covering only the courses that meet the eligibility criteria above.
DUPLICATE PURCHASES
If you are charged twice for the same course in error, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge in full, regardless of the 7-day period.
CHARGEBACKS
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first. We resolve most issues within two business days.
Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended and access to all purchased courses being removed.
