By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. USE OF OUR PLATFORM
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase courses.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
2. COURSE ACCESS
Upon successful payment you receive access to the purchased course for personal, non-commercial use.
Access does not expire. Where we update a course, you receive the updated version at no additional cost.
Sharing your account, distributing course materials, or reselling any part of a course is prohibited.
3. PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in USD and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details on our servers.
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. Access is granted immediately once payment is confirmed.
4. REFUNDS
Our refund terms are set out in full on our Refund Policy page.
In summary: you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the course handbook or completed any lesson quiz.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course content — including text, PDF handbooks, images, and any video — is the property of RASVID LIMITED or its instructors.
You may use purchased material for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, resell, or use it to create a competing product.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RAS Academy provides educational content on an “as is” basis.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, employment, income, or certification value from completing any course.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any course is limited to the amount you paid for it.
7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate an account that:
Shares login credentials with others
Redistributes or resells course material
Attempts to circumvent payment
Submits fraudulent chargebacks
No refund is issued where an account is terminated for any of these reasons.
8. AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, update content, or withdraw courses from sale.
Where a course is withdrawn, existing purchasers retain their access.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
